Common questions
What areas of Toronto do you cover?
Our current units are in downtown Toronto around Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre, and we take on units across the downtown core and nearby neighbourhoods. If you are unsure whether your unit is in our area, send us the address and we will let you know.
How much can my unit earn?
It depends on the location, size, finishes and season. After a short walkthrough we give you a realistic monthly estimate based on comparable units, not a best-case number.
Do you handle City of Toronto short-term rental requirements?
We walk every owner through the City's registration requirements before a unit is listed, and make sure the registration details appear on each listing.
Who pays for cleaning and supplies?
Cleaning is covered by the guest cleaning fee on each booking. Supplies and consumables are billed at cost and shown on your monthly statement.
Can I still use my unit?
Yes. Block the dates you need and we will keep them off every platform.
